| We had never seen a journal like Amy's. Instead of using a blank book, she used an old Victorian novel, Lucile by Owen Meredith. Her journal is an altered book. She collaged, painted and pasted items directly onto the antique pages. She saved all sorts of things from her daily life--emails, clippings, recipes, and photos. We admit, at first we felt like voyeurs looking at Amy's journal, but as we explored the pages, we found more clues about who Amy really was and her state of mind. The journal is like a collage of Amy's life, and each time we looked at it, we discovered more details, more layers and had more questions. What really happened to Amy? We hope that by sharing Amy's journal we will uncover the truth. Go to next page. | | |
